Ready To Go Home

After two and a half days we were ready to get Charlie home. He passed all of his evaluations and was cleared to roll. He traveled great and couldn't wait to see his big sister again.

Good Morning Charlie

Day 3 and we'll be going home today. Can't wait to get everyone home and settled in.

Visitors

Charlie is doing great and ready for more visitors. Gray stopped by first and couldn't get enough of him. Grandma's flight was delayed, but she finally made it and the wait was worth it. The Wingers also stopped by and the girls had a lot of fun - even in a tiny hospital room.

DAY 2

Mom and Charlie are both doing great.

Emma Meets Charlie

Kelsey came to meet Mr. Charlie bringing presents for him and Emma. Emma was too busy playing with her new presents to give Charlie too much attention, but she did give him a kiss goodbye when she left.

Haircut #3

Emma got her third haircut today - a trim really. She did great and of course got a purple sucker. A girls got to look good to welcome her new sister or brother.

All In A Days Work

Emma and Mommy came to Dad's work to see everyone and take Dad to lunch. Emma thought she could help Dad with some of his work, but I think she decided those emails and spreadsheets were a bit intimidating.

Finger Painting

It looks dangerous, right? But with some adult supervision, this hands on crafting with best friend Roan actually turned out pretty well. And the girls had a blast.

3 Year Wedding Anniversary

It's hard to believe we've been married for three years. Just look back through this blog and you'll see how wonderful it's been. And yes, we had a double-chocolate s'more dessert.

National Western Stock Show

We got our "farm on" and headed to the National Western Stock Show with the Wingers. The girls had a great time at the petting farm, indoor playground and riding ponies.
