St. Mary's Glacier Hike

Not sure this can be classified as a hike. St. Mary's is just 40 minutes west of Denver and when we left Denver the weather was beautiful. A cold front quickly came in and made our hike up to the glacier a bit chilly. Emma's face really tells it all.

Backyard Helper

Another beautiful day in Denver. Emma loves helping mom and dad out in the yard and garden. She's also discovered our next door neighbor's pond and now his pet birds.

Memorial Weekend

Emma needed some new shoes so we ventured out to the mall. The carousel was a huge hit. Plus she ended up drinking half of a vanilla shake - oops.

A Day In The Yard

Finally, the rain has stopped. All is green here in Denver and Emma finally got a day outside. She even got to feed the fish at our next door neighbor's pond.

Emma keeps learning more and more each day and walking has become her main mode of transportation. She can point to her nose, mouth, eyes and ears - but here's her newest trick.

Strep Invades The Moore Household

It was bound to happen. Emma hadn't really been sick since she was born, but this one was a bit of a doozy. Turns out Jen and Emma both had strep throat and the doctor was surprised Steve didn't have it. A chill weekend and lots of antibiotics took care of everything though. Here's Emma at the doctor's office. She doesn't look sick does she? Hmmmm.

Walking More And More

Emma keeps taking more and more steps each day. She's not very quick, but she's walking. Yeah Emma!!!!

Yes, it took 13 months to get Emma to a Chick-Fil-A - but it was pretty cool. I think Emma enjoyed it more than Dad did.
